Peacefully at the Northumberland Hills Hospital on Wednesday April 29th, 2026 in her 85th year. Beloved partner of Tom Brown. Loving mother of Scott Milne (Andrea), Darryl Milne and Glenda Milne. Step mother of David (Danielle) and Kimberly. Cherished grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Maureen, Linda, Shelly, Doug and Robert. Friends may call at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 11 King St., W., Colborne on Tuesday May 12th from 1:00pm – 2:30pm, followed by a service at 2:30pm. Interment in Salem Cemetery. If desired donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
Our sincere condolences to Tom and family. Carol was a wonderful friend and neighbour. Always had a smile and loved visiting when the grandchildren were here. Carol loved her flowers and the outdoors. She was always meticulous about her plants and garden. She loved cutting grass. carol was her happiest out on the riding lawn mower. We will miss her. We will miss all those beautiful times we had together ! Tom and Carol were always there for us ! Carol was my best friend as well as my sister ! I will miss all the laughter she brought to us all! Sis your angel wings are gold !
