My deepest condolences to the entire family. Though it has been a number of years I still have very fond memories of times spent at that little triangle hut on rice lake drive, exploring the back woods and bike rides with Scotty and the boys. Jarrod truly was a loyal friend and that friendship will continue to be one that I will always cherish. Rest well my friend.

I would like to offer my sincere condolences for the loss of your son. Scotty and I were great friends from grade one through high school and I am blessed to have shared many laughs and conversations with him. He was a good and kind man in my eyes and I regrettably share in the lament of your loss. He will remain to Ryan Dixon and myself, a beautiful person whose humour and kindness will never be forgotten. Sending sincerest condolences to Jarrod’s family. I had the pleasure of teaching him in grade 8 and have always remembered him fondly. He was a bright light every day in our classroom. I can still hear his giggle and the sound he made when he whistled softly through his teeth as he looked up at me from the floor after tipping over in his chair and knew he was “in trouble”. May his children always remember the special guy they were blessed with as a father.

So sorry to hear about Jake’s passing. I enjoyed my time coaching Jarrod on our local rep team. Every time I met him at the arena he always had a big smile on his face and always happy to see me. Too soon and far too young for this husband and father of young children. RIP Al Walsh

I had the privilege to coach this young man in hockey, he was a pleasure to coach, he was well mannered and full of piss/vinegar, he just wanted to play and have fun, he was very talented and loved the high fives, he was a great young man, I will never forget his laugh and giggle, I was very proud to know the family and im just proud to see he grew up to be a great father/ husband and a very loved person.This is a tragedy all my support to the families.
