Annaliesha Lynn Diana Toms

January 21, 1991 - February 19, 2026

It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Annaliesha Lynn Diana Toms on February 19th in Port Hope, Ontario, in her 35th year. Born on January 21, 1991, Annaliesha brought light and determination to all who knew her.

Annaliesha loved life with a fierce and genuine passion. She found joy in the simple pleasures—spending time in the great outdoors, driving the open roads with her favourite songs playing, always searching for the next adventure around the bend. Her spirit was one of exploration and wonder, finding beauty in the world around her and sharing that enthusiasm with those she loved.

She will be deeply missed by her loving parents, Paul and Tabatha Toms; her brother Bobbie Toms (Stephanie); her nephews Hunter Toms and Harley Toms; her niece Heidi Toms; her grandmother Cynthia Mathison; her uncle Glen Moreton. She was cherished by her extended families (Toms, Mathison, Moreton, Whyte, and Thompson), all of whom felt the warmth of her presence in their lives.

Annaliesha always took the hard road in life, but never allowed the road to break her. Her resilience, courage, and unwavering spirit in the face of life's challenges defined who she was. She faced adversity with strength and grace, inspiring those around her with her determination to keep moving forward, no matter what obstacles lay ahead.
Though her time with us was far too short, the impact of her life will resonate forever in the hearts of those who loved and knew her. Annaliesha's memory will live on in the wind through the trees, in the songs on the radio, and in every adventure yet to be discovered.

Rest peacefully, Annaliesha. Your journey continues beyond the roads you loved so much.

Visitation will be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King Street East Cobourg on Sunday March 1st from 2pm -4pm and 6pm -8pm. The service will be on Monday March 2nd at 11am, Interment Port Hope Union Cemetery, 114 Toronto Rd, Port Hope. Family and friends will be received at Port Hope Lions Club and Rec Centre for refreshments after the service.
