Aaron Karl Tidd

October 27, 1967 - January 6, 2026

Passed away peacefully on January 6th with loved ones by his side. He will be dearly missed by his spouse Rosemarie, his son Karl (Cian), his step daughter Veronika (Christina) and the lights of his life his three granddaughters Carter, Ellie, and Blake.
His mother Nettie (Chuck) and predeceased by his father Vinald. He will also be missed by his many cousins and in-laws. Aaron was a Cobourg kid through and through, he could always be found at Cortesis pool hall, Kelly’s surrounded by friends or at the Legion playing darts. He will be deeply missed by his many friends at the Gunners club & Polish hall. Aaron was always known for his cowboy boots stompin’ on the dance floor. A celebration of life will be held February 14th at the Grafton Legion 1-4pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Sick Kids Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.

I played hockey with Aaron when we were young kids, I used to see him in the old British Hotel with his cowboy boots, drinking, laughing, and enjoying his friends and the country music. For years I worked with Aaron, and the one constant throughout the years was that he loved life, and he loved to laugh. He knew where his heart wanted to be when he packed up and went to live with his love Rosemarie. My deepest condolences to his loved ones. May your memories comfort and strengthen you. I have many great memories of hanging around with him while playing darts at the Legion and many tournaments, not to mention just hanging out with him.
