Erica Sue Beauchamp (nee Anderson) at 77 years young. Beloved wife of Doug Beauchamp for 56 glorious years. Dearly loved Mum of Fleur Storms (Rick), and Melanie Cameron (Kevin). Best Gramma to Jaxon and Kaia Cameron, and Nick Szigeti and Aaron Storms. Also loved by her Step-Grands Melissa O’Toole (Tyson), Richard Storms (Courtnie), and Jordan Burton (Alisha).
Predeceased by her parents, Lloyd and Joan Anderson, and her brother Brian Anderson. Survived by her brothers Neil Anderson, Doug Anderson and Bruce Anderson (Debbie), as well as her brother-in-law Tom Beauchamp (Judy), and sister-in-law Christine Scott (Doug). Also remembered by her nephews and nieces.
A bowler, a curler, a track star in high school, a camper, a Brownie Leader and District Commissioner of Girl Guides, a block parent, a blood donor, a sorority sister, a volunteer at the school, a volunteer at the hospital, a volunteer at the church… Mum was all about community, and was a dear friend to many. A world traveler and expert planner of trips enjoyed by her and Dad – their favorite being cruising the many waters across six continents. Mum was a kind and nurturing soul. She was always our biggest cheerleader. She had a heart of gold, a beautiful smile, and she was fiercely proud of her family – which is how we will remember her best.
We love you Mum, and will miss you forever.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Erica’s memory can be made to St. Peter’s Church, Cobourg.
Visitation will be held Thursday October 23rd 6-8 pm at St. Peter’s Church Hutton Room, and Friday October 24th 11am -12pm immediately followed by the service at 12pm St. Peter’s Church Cobourg. Refreshments served after the service.

Erica is a kind soul who lives on in the lives she has touched. She was always friendly and helpful. Whenever I spoke with her, I felt she was genuinely listening and caring. Erica will be missed but I wish her freedom from illness and joy in the arms of our Creator. My prayers for Doug and their family and friends is that memories will be of comfort and an awareness that Erica is still with them in their hearts, thoughts and deeds. May those around you hold you close and walk through this rough time together.
I will always remember and be grateful for Erica’s welcoming and warm presence at St Peters Church. Sending much love to her family.

Erica was a wonderful and kind woman who was always a very welcoming. I Have a LOT of fond memories of spending time with Fleur and Erica and Doug over the years, like spending almost every weekend at the Beauchamp house during high school, or university visits and phone calls, many Canada day celebrations, and Christmas’ with my children over the last few years. Erica was always there to greet you, and make sure you had plenty to eat and treated us like family. I will miss her dearly and send my heartfelt condolences to Doug, Fleur, Melanie, and all her family.
