Peacefully on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg, in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Boyd Kelly. Loving mother of Sharon (Bill) Grandy, Brenda Wilford, Michael (Mercedes) Dion and Beth (Todd) Holstein. Cherished grandmother of Bryan, Kevin (Kate), Krystina (Andrew), Amanda (Danny), Nicole (Mike), Mason (Dylan), Luc and Simon. Dear great grandmother Savannah, Declan, Cullen, Delaney, Sofia, Miller, Austin and Garrett. Sister of the late Margaret Johnston and the late Susan May.
Cremation has taken place and at Marion's request there will be no service.
We would like to thank the wonderful staff at Legion Village for their caring and compassion toward Mom for the last 4 years. The staff and all her many friends made her feel loved and safe. We couldn't have done it without you and we appreciate you all.
We would also like to thank Dr. Mulé and the caring staff at Northumberland Hills Hospital for helping Mom in her final days. Donations to Legion Village, Alzheimer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of choice.

Sorry to hear about Marion’s passing. She lived right across the hall from our mother Dorothy Turk at Legion Village. She came to mom’s room often to ask mom what she had for lunch or supper so she could write it down. I would wave to her as I went into mom’s room. She will be surly missed

Although I only met Marion in the very last months of her life, I did enjoy talking with her. She was a gentle soul. It was heartwarming to witness the love and care given by her family
