Passed peacefully in her 72nd year at Peterborough hospital following a sudden illness. Predeceased by her parents Charles and Phyllis Reynolds, her husband of 51 years Bill Butterfield, her sister Rosemary Benn and her nephew Jason Reynolds. She leaves behind her siblings Marg Reid (John), George Reynolds (Pam), Dave Reynolds (Kathy), Walt Reynolds (Erika), John Reynolds (Penny), Lyle Reynolds (Alison) and Lawrence Reynolds (Bonita). She is also survived by her daughters Tina Butterfield (Tim), and Lisa Butterfield (Ed) as well as her loving grandchildren Melissa Reynolds (Brandon), Chelsea Barnes, Ashley Scriver, Emilie Butterfield and Joshua Scriver. Also her 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews ...She was such an amazing person and friend to everyone and she will be missed dearly.
Tina and Lisa, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your mom 😢. The childhood nostalgia of your mom and dad (and grandma and grandpa) will always bring a smile to my face and will always be a part of my memories growing up. Peace to you and the family.
I have a heavy heart today learning of the passing of Marilyn, or "Mrs. Butterfield" and I called her. She was such a wonderful lady and I have watched Lisa to grow up and be the beautiful wonderful woman that you always were as well.
