It is with heavy hearts that the family of Ralph James Remillard announce his unexpected passing on Monday, November 6, 2023 at the age of 56. Survived by his wife of 29 years, Jenn Remillard (née Macklem). Beloved Dad to Britt (Brad) and Kyle (Madison), and Grampy to Alexandra. Son to Mike and the late Sheila, and son-in-law to the late Laurie. Brother to Denise (Ray), Shelley, and Tracy. Beloved fur-dad and grand-fur dad.
Ralph (AKA Randy) was a lifelong Edmonton Oilers fan, and was never seen without a Timmies coffee in hand. He enjoyed gardening, golfing, watching his favourite movies, and lounging on the beach in Cuba. He was always ready with a corny joke, and never failed to get a chuckle (or groan) out of those around him. His humour and kind heart will always be remembered, and he will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and fur babies.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at MacCoubrey Funeral Home from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. The family will have a sharing of memories at 12:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, Ralph’s family asks that donations be made to Roger Neilson House in honour of his grand-daughter Alex.
My deepest consolences to you and the family. I have good memories of working with Ralph at Part Source.

Ralpster , hard to find words. From the garage nights to catching the odd game to the Golf Course you will always be in our hearts. Lots of love Jen , Britt and Kyle.
To all of Ralph’s family and friends, please accept my condolences and best wishes during this time of grief and sorrow. I knew Ralph through the game of golf at Bowmanville GC. We shared numerous rounds together over the past number of years. In addition to its natural ability to create frustration, golf also affords the opportunity to socialize, become acquainted with people and learn what is important to them. I remember the love and inherent pride Ralph showed whenever talking about his family, his affinity for the Oilers and all things orange, and his sense of humour and ready laugh. Ralph will be missed within our golfing community. Take good care.
Jenn, Britt and Kyle, So sorry to hear of your loss. Sending you so much love and my sincerest condolences.

Jen, I’m so sorry to learn of Ralph’s passing. I have many great memories working with him at the hockey office and meeting up with you guys in Cuba. Sending you all comfort and strength as you navigate through this time.
I'm so sorry to hear of Ralph's passing. Ralph was the first person I met when I moved to Edmonton back in 1978. Him and I basically grew up together and even worked together for a few years. Alot of my formative teen experiences were with him and I will never forget the friendship and impact he had on my life. I'm wishing his family well and I regret that I never had a chance to meet his wife and kids. I'd like to wish you all the best in this difficult time. Please know that while we lost touch quite awhile back, I think of him often and will miss him terribly. Take care and i send my deepest condolences to you all.
Jen, please know that you and the family are in our thoughts as you travel through these hard times.
Jen, Kyle, Brittany and Family, I was shocked and saddened to hear of Ralph’s passing. Another great one gone to soon. I will treasure the many laughs and great times I had with Ralph on the golf course, with hockey pools and at backyard get togethers. He will be missed by all who knew him! Paul Martin
