James Francis Blastorah passed suddenly in his sleep at his home in Bradenton Florida. Beloved son of the late Leo and Pauline Blastorah. Loving brother of Daniel (Kathy Schultz) and Mary Elder (Ivan). Dear uncle to Jacob (Abby), Nathaniel (Jessica) and Dylan and great uncle of Sara and Mathew. A memorial service will be held in Bradenton Florida at a later date and a memorial service will take place in Cobourg in the summer of 2024. If desired donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.

My sincere condolences to the Blastorah family. I remember Jim as great athlete. He was a above average hockey player and use to practise his disc throwing at the Harwood park. To Mary and Danny no matter what may be said you had a very special big brother.
