To the Everden Family—I have fond memories of growing up in Salem with Tom and his siblings——public school, the church and community activities.Through those early years Tom and my late brother Jim were the best of friends.Memories are precious treasures.Thinking of you and wishing you comfort and peace in your loss.

Tom or Tom Sr.'s name is carved into the old mill here in Salem. You are not forgotten Mr. Everden.

Karen, Chyvone, Seana and families, I am so sorry to hear this news. Tommy was a good, kind man with such an infectious laugh. As soon as you heard that laugh, you smiled and started to laugh yourself. He was a good family friend and neighbour. He will truly be missed. Our condolences.

Karen, Chyvone, Seana, and all the Everden family. We were sorry to learn of the loss of Tom, our condolences to all of you. It's at times like this that we restore our memories. Tommy and I started grade 1 at Salem Public School and graduated from grade 8 together, and if you came from Salem you also went to Sunday School together at Salem United Church. I remember Tom as always the quiet, polite boy, who never bullied anyone. Losing Tom is the loss of another Salem family name.
