Peacefully at Extendicare Port Hope on Sunday April 30th, 2023 in her 80th year. Beloved wife of the late George Sleep. Loving mother of Carla Sleep, Andrew Sleep (Suzy), Kyle Sleep (Jennifer) and the late Greg Sleep (Bonnie). Cherished grandmother of Amanda, Cody, Luke, Travis, Nicole, Jacob, Marisa and Emily and great grandmother of 9 great grandchildren. Sister of Denis Hall (Eleanor), Michael Hall (Louise), Richard Hall (Silvi), Paul Hall (Janice), Chris Hall (Cathy) and Janet Prentice (Gord). Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. A private family visiting and service will be held. Interment in St. Michael’s Cemetery. If desired donations may be made to Port Hope Extendicare Family Council.

My condolences to all the Sleep families & friends. Your mom & dad were very good people. I have fond memories of them & the family. Carla was one of the pioneers in playing soccer with the boys. She held her own no problem @ all. Andrew was a great teammate on the ice & off. George always had a smile on his face & a warm welcome to all. They will be missed by many. RIP

The length of time between visits never mattered as Linda was one of those friends that you just started over from where your last visit ended.
