Henry Rhebergen, born in Rekken, Holland on December 20, 1936 went home to be with his Lord and Saviour on Sunday, March 20, 2005 in Cobourg, Ontario to sing in God's Heavenly Choir, joining the voices of those who went before him - baby daughter, son Philip, parents Peter and Hendrika (Karssenberg), father-in-law Dirk Vreugdenhil, brothers Berend (Sina) and John (Mary), sister Jo (Holger) Larsen, brothers-in-law Bart Boschman (Gerrie), Bill Hesselink (Diana), Sid Reitsma (Diny), John Vreugdenhil (Arlene) and his sister-in-law Bettie (Harry) Vreugdenhil. Left waiting are his loving wife Lenie, his dear daughters and families, Bonnie Hall - Robert, Maria, John Vanderwel and Brooke of Cobourg; Judy and Dan Zandstra - Cameron and Madeline of Highland, Indiana; Kim and Paul Triemstra - Lennea of Nepean; Christina and Troy Rhodes - Isaac of South Bend, Indiana; Patricia of Whitby; his dear son and family, Colin and Mary Ellen Rae - Joshua of Trenton; siblings Anita - Drayton, Gerrie Boschman-Neede, Diana Hesselink of Georgetown, Gerald (Frances) of Tottenham, Diny Reitsma of Burlington, George (Grace) of Belleville, Engbert (Ina) of Brighton, Elly (Ralph) Hoftyzer of Drayton, Bert of Hamilton, John (Rita) of Edmonton, Tine (Harry) Houtman of Toronto, Peter (Cathy) of Chesley; siblings-in-law Adrian (Trudie), Marien (Anne), Frank (Doris) all of Frankford, Harry (Gloria) of Dunnville, Dick (Pieta) of Bowmanville, Gord (Marilyn) and Marie Ann (Dick) Lammers both of Frankford. The many dear children who lived with us for a time, his many dear nephews and nieces, Henry knew you all and loved you. Family and friends may call at Grace Christian Reformed Church, 440 King Street East, Cobourg on Wednesday, March 23, 2005 from 2 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 24 at 11 a.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make memorial donations by cheque to the Northumberland Orchestra and Choir or the Northumberland Christian School.
