Where do I start about your Dad! What a history our family has. Your Dad lived with my parents when he first started in sales as The Bread Man like The Milkman. Our families visited over the years and enjoyed many family reunions together. Then I lived with your parents in Toronto. Your Dad was always a supportive cousin to me. I first met Carl when I was a summer student at Borg-Warner Chemical. Carl went on to become a very successful insurance agent. Carl guided me through good financial knowledge. Carl was a great guy with wonderful stories. He will be missed.

Saddened to hear of Carl’s passing. Always enjoyed our weekly golf games at Dalewood and playing old timers hockey together. Will miss Carl’s sense of humour and easy going manner. R.I.P my friend.

Steve has fond memories of staying at Carl's home in Precious Corners many years ago and Carl was one of the first people Janet met in Cobourg. We have stayed in touch over the years and remember both Carl and Maureen with good thoughts. Vicky, Yvonne, Trevor and Lorraine we are thinking of you.

I would like to send my condolences to the West families, may he rest in peace.

Carl was a client of ours, and we were a client of his. I have a big smile on my face right now, thinking of all the "quick appointments" that turned into an hour of listening to Carl's stories (I may have encouraged him a bit.) We'd eventually get our business done, but not before having some laughs, causing him to be late for his next appointment.

So sorry to hear about Carl's passing, thinking of the family during this time of sadness.

me and my grandfather may have not been the closest but he was still an amazing person the great talks and memories with him may be only a few but every single one counts to me never saw him much, rest easy gramps

Years ago Carl was our financial advisor. He and my husband had so many memories of local sports etc. He was a fun and happy guy to talk to. May he rest in peace.

Good memories of going to high school at the west with Carl. He loved to shoot basket in the little old gym. Praying for family.

On behalf of my family, we are saddened, to hear of Carl's passing. Carl was a good friend and financial advisor to me and was very kind and supportive of my children. Carl was instrumental in coaxing me onto Dalewood,and kindly introduced me to a whole new group of friends. I will miss him.
