Peacefully at Kingston General Hospital on September 14th, 2022 in her 44th year. Cherished mother of Sierra Lynn Mattinson and Miley Mattinson. Step-mother of Lucas. Loving daughter of Rhonda Ferguson and the late Charles “Spike” Creighton. Lovingly remembered by her partner Aaron Adario. Fondly remembered by her aunts and uncles, Carol & Jim Murrant, Doug & Sue Stevens and Rich & Shelley Ferguson. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. If desired donations may be to the Canadian Cancer Society or charity of your choice.
My heart and prayers are with you Aaron, Miley, Sierra, Lucas and all who loved Stacy. She is happy and healthy now with Jesus in Heaven. We will see her again when we go to our heaven "home" praying for peace, comfort, strength and hope for new beginings love Mom/Gramma Valerie

Rhonda, the hardest thing is losing our children. We are all so very sorry for your loss. Stacey was a big part of our lives as a child and young lady. We had many a laugh with her. I remember when my daughter was just a wee baby and Stacey and Kerri were over for a visit and they wanted to have a bottle of milk just like the baby. They got all wrapped up in blankets and laid on the floor and drank from baby bottles. They were like 10 years old. It was just one of the many zany things these girls did. She will be missed. I am at loss for words right now. I was so lucky to have many many years of friendship with Stacey. In the beginning in grade 4 as crazy NKOTB fans to all through public school and our Quebec trip and graduation. I will hold dear the picture that Spike had of us with my puppy on the slide that made the paper. We grew up and had our children and you hired me at Money mart where you became my boss. Life had many twist and turns for us both but I never doubted the friendship I had with you. I will forever miss her smile and laughter. My deepest sympathy to the family and much love to the girls.
