Peacefully at Roseglen Village in Port Hope, on August 30th, 2022 Donald Urry at 86 years of age passed away. Loving husband for 63 years and best friend of Helen (nee Foster). Cherished grandfather to Jesse and Tasha Urry. Donald will be missed by his twin sister Doris Winter, the late Anne Weir and his extended family and his many friends who knew and loved him. At Don’s request cremation has already taken place with no service or visitation. Interment to be held at a later date by family. Those wishing may make a donation to a charity of choice. Hi grandpa in Heaven. I really miss you. So much. :’( I remember you bringing me to the rock and fossil club. Remember grandpa Urry and I moved from Toronto to Sarnia to Sarnia to Kitchener. I’ll leave this up to you your granddaughter, Tasha you’re the greatest grandpa ever had. Amen.
I wanted to send my condolences to family. Donald was a patient at St. Mary's General Hospital and participated in the ARTESIA research study. As such I have really enjoyed seeing him every 6 months at the clinic, until he told me that he is moving to the Port Hope area. I am so sorry for your loss.
I will always remember his rocks and crystals and how when I stayed with you to write my RN exams he called me everyday to ask how it went💕
