MESSAGES OF CONDOLENCE / DONATIONS

Marg Chase (nee Horan) - December 13, 2022

Dear Gail & Gary, My Brother James & I are so sorry for your loss. We had no idea until today when my yearly Christmas card and letter came back. Your Mom and I had been enjoying corresponding after my Mom (Doris Horan) passed away 10 years ago in December. Your Mom often reminisced of the time we spent as neighbours on Burnett Drive in Cobourg back in the 50's and early 60's. Barbara was such a beautiful & caring person. She was always as bright as button for her age. Sincerely Marg Chase & James Horan

We are so sorry to hear about Barb’s passing. I have many wonderful memories from my youth . My Mom Diane and father Barney spent many a night and day enjoying themselves at the Legion. Many coffees at our kitchen table. She will always be remembered in our hearts. R.I.P Barb

Chester and Diane Froncz - September 8, 2022

We remember Barbara as a weekly attender of the 8:30 service at St. Peter's, a loyal member of the Legion and in more recent years -- a fellow resident at Palisade Gardens. She was a lovely lady and is fondly remembered. Our sincere condolences to her family. Chester and Diane.

Brenda Quinn - September 8, 2022

With my deepest sympathy to Gail, Gary and your family. My parents (Mike and Marg Waller) were dear friends of Barb and Ray for literally decades . I feel privileged to have known your Mom my whole life. She was a beautiful, kind and loving person and what a wonderful dancer! She was such a good friend to my now 99 year old Mom, sending Christmas and Birthday cards to her every year. Whenever I would run into Barb, there was always that cheery smile and hello and she always asked how are you doing and how is your Mom? I'm sure you will all miss her terribly but wish her eternal peace.
