Norma Isabel Carignan

June 22, 1925 - July 27, 2022

Passed away peacefully at Elgin Manor in St. Thomas, Ontario, on Wednesday, July 27th, 2022, a short time into her 98th year. Daughter of the late Charles and Laura Burt. Predeceased by her seven siblings: Helen, Edith, Ann, Jim, Ted, Bill and Bob, as well as by her loving husband, Lou Carignan. Survived by her three children, five grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great nephews. Many thanks to the staff at Elgin Manor in St. Thomas who took such great care of our mom during these last few years.
Family and friends may call for visitation at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St. E., Cobourg, Ontario, on Sunday, July 31st, from 10:30 am-12:00 pm followed by the service in the funeral home chapel at noon.
Those wishing may make a memorial donation to the Acoustic Neuroma Association of Canada or to a charity of your choice.
