Peacefully on Monday October 4 in her 94th year. Predeceased by the love of her life James Clarke. Cherished Mum of Gail, Deborah (Don), Mark (Heather), David (Sandra). Beloved Nannie to 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Pat will be missed by her family and friends. Rest In Peace Mum knowing that you are loved and we will all be okay! Private family service to be held. In lieu of flowers donations to Legion Village Cobourg would be appreciated by the family.

Gail and family, I met your Mum and Dad later in my life but I still remember watching the way they were with each other and the twinkle in your Mum’s eyes.
