Dear David, Jen and family. Betty always had such a fun spirit and sense of humor. I know she will be dearly missed. She was always so welcoming when we dropped in to say hello and always loved taking us around the garden to show us what was growing or getting chewed on… “Oh, the RAAABBITS!!!”, she would say, and Pete and I can still remember how funny and “hopping mad” she would be when they would chew up her garden.😊. Kevin remembers how generous she always was with Halloween treats and how much she would love seeing his costume each year. I know she enjoyed our music on the days when I was able to play for her in the Brighton retirement home, and she and Dunc enjoyed hearing the kids banging out rock tunes in the barn. 🎶🎶We will miss her, and you have our deepest sympathies.

Dear David, Jen and Family: I just found Betty's obituary on the MacCoubrey site. It hardly seems possible that Dunc has been gone for more than five years. How Betty must have missed the old rascal. I have so many fond memories of both Betty and Dunc. They were great friends of my late parents, as you probably know; and Betty was so very kind and caring towards Mom after Dad died far too soon, particularly when Mom's health began to decline.
