Katie and family, I'm so sorry for your loss. Dave, aka "Ziggy" , was a pleasure to call a friend . We spent many hours playing ball for the Diamond Dogs, he was a natural. Most of us would wear shorts when it got hot but Dave always wore his long ball pants. We shared good times, lots of laughs and a few adult beverages. He was a really nice guy

Katelyn and Steven: I have not seen David in recent years but we were in Scouting at St. Peter's Church together from Cubs to Ventures. David and I shared an apartment on Reid Street in Peterborough when he was a student at Fleming College. I was working at GE down the street. He was a great guy and always helpful at camps from cub camp at Shelter Valley as a Scout to a Venture. He enjoyed camping north of Mazinaw Lake both summer and winter camping. My condolences to you both. I will try and make the service on Friday and bring you a scouting picture from the 1970's of St. Peter's 1st Scouting Troop with David in it.
