Passed peacefully in her 93rd year, at N.H.H. on the morning of April 14, 2021, Teresa had suffered a serious fall. Teresa was the loving wife of the late Cecil Thomas Yanta for 70 years. Beloved mother to Sheila Bruckner (Peter), the late Randy Yanta, and Barry Yanta (the late Cindy). Dear grandmother to Tim, Christopher, Brendan, Brett and Courtney. She was a special gift and a wonderful blessing in our lives. She will be greatly missed and has a left a large void in our hearts. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Palisades Harmony and N.H.H. Palliative Care.
So sorry to hear that Teresa has left us... I am sure she is with Cec and looking down on all of us , and keeping track of all... What a wonderful lady... so sad that the end of her life was so lost. She was still so sweet and lovely... all the best to your families. Cindy Roffey - Oliver's lane
Teresa was always so joyful and loving. Such a kind soul. She was forever telling us that we would be rewarded in heaven for looking after her. Now it is her turn to be rewarded in heaven. My condolences to her family on the loss of such a wonderful lady.
I'm devastated to hear about Teresa's death,She's one of my favorite resident,very pleasant,cheerful,sweet and loving.Every end of the day as soon as you lay her to bed she will say " Thank You! You will be rewarded in heaven" Dear Teresa Thank you for the precious memories you will be forever in our heart. My condolence to the family may God be with you in this difficult time.
Eric & I want to send our sincere sympathy to you all in the loss of your mother, Teresa. She has done so well on her own since your dad passed. So sorry to read about Teresa ... I would see her often at Rosewood .. And I knew Cecil from Extendicare (He was always smiling and tell me how "good" he was being) Now they can visit again .. Condolences. Jayne Psw
We were sadden to hear of Teresa's passing having enjoyed Cec and Teresa for many years as wonderful neighbours. Fond memories will stay with us, like hearing the "Cobalt" song. Are thoughts and prayers are with her family, Ken and Karen Kettle
I am so sorry to about the passing of Teresa. I met her at Extendicare and had a visit with her everyday. My mom and my husband were both in Extendicare and Teresa would be there every day visiting her husband. We had a lot of great conversations and lots of laughs.My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this very difficult time.
