Gerald (Gerry) Eugene Adams, 84, of Cobourg, died peacefully April 9, 2021, at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg Ontario. Born May 1, 1936 in Roseneath to Frank and Annie Adams. Predeceased by devoted wife, Lois Isobel (Turpin). Loving father of Craig (Gillian), Heather (Julian), Jon (Pamela) and Heidi. Proud grandfather of Brent, Brooke, Quin, Adele, Carrington, and Zachary. He will be lovingly missed by sister Myrna Page (Cliff), and brother Don Adams (Jean) and sister in-law Pat Adams. Predeceased by Noreen (Eric), Everett (Joy), Barbara (Bill), Neil (Shirley) and Dean. He will be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews.
Gerald resided in the Northumberland area his entire life. He was a loyal member of the Cobourg Legion Br. 133 and enjoyed playing on several sports teams and played a good hand of euchre. Driving his Milk Transport was Gerald’s pride and made several longtime friends on his routes. He will never be forgotten.
There will be no service at this time, a celebration of life will fall on a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions would be appreciated and made to Parkinson Canada.
