Peacefully at Port Hope Extendicare on Tuesday March 16th, 2021 in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Morris Kemp. Loving mother of Jim Kemp and his wife Joan. Cherished grandmother of Doug (Angela) and David (Tracey) and great grandmother of Jordan, Lindsay, Raymond and Tyson. Ruby will be fondly remembered by her brother David Harnott of Australia and her nieces and their families in England. At Ruby’s request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation with interment in Welcome Cemetery, Port Hope. If desired donations may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion Poppy Fund or charity of your choice.

Dear Jim, Joan & family We were so sorry to hear about Ruby. I remember all the great times at the cottage and the house at the lake. She was always the life of the party and included all us kids. It is with great sadness that we hear of Ruby's passing. Being involved with Ruby and Morris over the 27 years living at Parkview Place made her part of our family as well. Lots of great memories, she will be missed. Condolences to Joan, Jim and family.
