I’m so sorry to hear this news. Although I did not know Mr. Mac personally, we all knew of him very well and would see him as he ran by from time to time. My heart goes out to you. It’s always tough to lose a parent no matter what age we are or what age they are when the time comes. We just feel a little bit lost. Like a part of us is missing. And this year it’s extra tough. And to lose a partner after so many years together, wow, I can’t imagine how tough that must be. I wish I had some great stories to share of Mr. Mac, to bring a smile to your face, but unfortunately I didn’t know him very well. But I did know Ian and Maureen fairly well, and think of them fondly. But what I did know of Mr. Mac, was that he was a kind man, and well respected by my parents, and I think many others as well. I wish for you, that in celebrating his life, your many memories of him will bring a smile to your face and sharing those memories will bring you all a little bit closer together, if not in body, at least in spirit. Hopefully sometime soon you’ll be able to gather and celebrate his life with all those who knew and loved him, And that it will bring Peace to your hearts. With sincere condolences, Paige Burnett

Dear Maureen, Karl and family, We are so sorry to hear of your father's passing. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.
An amazing grandfather. I remember that he made me a wonderful dollhouse from scratch with my grandma and showed me some of the beauty of crafting and making things. He also got me and my brother our first strategy video game, which ended up changing my life in many ways. I loved him so much and will always appreciate the time we had together.
A good man has left us to be in a better place. The memories of him however shall stay with us forever! Condolences to Vera
