Thelma, you and your family are in my thoughts. I was saddened to learn of Jon's passing. He was a kind, gentle person, always willing to take time to stop and engage in conversation as I walked by along the Harbour. Jon and you were so kind to visit with my father, Jack, over the past 3 years at NHH, providing support and encouragement to him. Dad will miss being able to knock on your door when out with his PSW's and engage in conversation with you and Jon. Hang onto your memories, and share them often with family. He will always be with you, and all those he touched.

Death is so final, yet there can be peace and Andrew and I pray that you will know a peace beyond our human understanding at this time. To a very special Uncle John who always made time on his visits to the UK to share with us wider knowledge of the family history both in Canada and the UK. He always had a driving interest to understand what we were doing and how our lives were progressing. My fondest memories as I grew up were seeing Uncle John and his sister (my mum) Sylvia enjoying spending time together and reminiscing over the old times. With the many trips and parties for the wider family it was a pleasure seeing Auntie Thelma, Dad, Mum and Uncle John and all the wider family together enjoying each others company. It is very sad news in Uncle Johns passing but he is a man who shared lots of memories, lots of love and will be very missed by our family. All our love Chris, Sarah, Max and Ted xxxx Masters Family
