It is with deep sadness that the family announces his passing on January 6, 2020 in his 89th year after a battle with illness. He will be missed by his wife of 58 years, Zoy (Merkley) McVean, and son and daughter in law, Grant J McVean and Doreen McVean. As well as many nieces and nephews. “Jack” was a proud member of Local #27 Carpenter’s Union for 69 years. A private family service has taken place.
