Peacefully at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg, on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late James “Gordon” McVety. Loving mother of Dale (Randy) Fraser, Lynn (Marie), the late Leigh, Debra Clarke, Rick (Connie) and Tracey (Jeff) Easson. Cherished grandmother of Jeremy, Tanya, Josh, Joey, Jesse, Jamie-Leigh, Christa, Martin, Melissa, Elizabeth, Anna, Nicole and Ashley. Norma will be sadly missed by her many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and her extended family. The family would like to thank Nicole for everything she did for her nan. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Centreton Cemetery. Donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
