With deep sadness and shock, our family announces the sudden - tragic death of our Anne Marie, age 54 years during the night of Sunday, September 22, 2019 in Burlington, Ontario. She was spending a weekend with some of her most beloved people - her nieces and great nieces and nephews. She was even victorious at Trivial Pursuit before all retiring. Anne Marie was born in Cobourg Hospital on Saturday, January 6, 1965. She attended Catholic schools- then Cobourg East Collegiate before branching out to Toronto for higher education, where she still worked and resided. She had boardroom positions for several companies and was a well valued employee and co-worker. The major heights of MeMe's life were her involvement in all areas of her nieces and nephews lives. They were the recipients of her individual, love, advice, support for their sports teams and all other undertakings. Anne Marie is deeply mourned by the following: her mother, Lois Maddigan Auger. MeMe's older brother Paul Maddigan and his partner Marilyn and sons Nathaniel, Keith and Blaize. Paul's daughters, Meaghan and partner Lauren, their infant son Lincoln as well as Mason and Landon Monro, niece Kaitlyn, wife Kim Maddigan and daughters Rian and Teaghan J. Maddigan. MeMe was predeceased by her baby brother, John Maddigan, age 47, on July 24, 2018. Also mourning is John's wife, Jennifer, her sons and MeMe's nephews, Ethan and Owen Legge. Other mourners include Anne Marie's father, Dick Maddigan, Linda Maddigan and Elise Varo. Many Aunts, Uncles, cousins in Power and Maddigan Families and fondly remembered by Lois' step family, the Augers. Other favourite hopes of Anne Marie were to continue attending more of her favourite musicians in concert. She lived in hope that her beloved Maple Leafs would claim the Stanley Cup this year. Those who wish may donate to Canadian Tire- JumpStart to assist underprivileged children play sports or charity of your choice. Words of celebration followed by an Irish Wake will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Cobourg Lion's Centre, Cobourg, Ontario beginning at 3p.m. Condolences received at www.MacCoubrey.com

My deepest condolences to the family. May my good friend rest in peace and i miss her and our calls deeply.
Anne Marie (or AMM as we called her) was a hard working, and fun teammate to work with. We were part of a team who implemented a successful business system in the U.S. and Canada for our company. We worked as a group and had lots of fun memories along the way with AMM. My heartfelt sympathies to all of Anne Marie's close family and friends. God Bless you.

Please accept our most deepest sympathy in the loss of Anne Marie. Our love, thoughts and prayers go out to all of you.
My deepest condolences to all of Anne Marie's loved ones. I met Anne Marie when she visited our home in Dublin, and both my husband and I really enjoyed her visit and company. She was such a warm and lovable person that we quickly became friends through Facebook, and - though she wasn't a family member for me as such - I kept in touch with her over the last few years. I was truly hoping I'd meet her again, be that in Ireland or in Canada... She was looking forward to meeting my girls, and I am heartbroken that we will never have the chance to do it. May she rest in peace now, surrounded by her favourite Bon Jovi's songs. You're all in my thoughts and prayers.
Lois, Im so very sorry to learn of the loss of your precious daughter. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this sad time. Sincerely Pat Bath

Such sad, tragic news. My deepest sympathies for you all. I had the pleasure of working for Anne Marie at Teva for about 3 years. She always had an ear available when needed. She was so caring. As a note for Meaghan, it was my daughter Samantha that brought you the Starbuck's when you were in the hospital in St. John's, NL. Anne Marie wanted nothing more than to make your day a little brighter. She wished she could get a Starbuck's delivered to you. We were so happy to help her make that happen... for you...
