Peacefully at the Northumberland Hills Hospital on Wednesday, January 23rd, 2019 in his 87th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Carol Van Goch (nee Scott). Loving father of Aart (Carolyn), the late Michiel, Ewoud (Hilda) and Marjolein and stepfather of Scott and Pam (the late Leon). Dear grandfather of Christopher (Gavrielle), Jonathan (Amanda), Eric, Dylan (Helen), Griffin and step grandfather of Lindsey (Niall), Codey and Hayley and great grandfather of Grayson and Maria Clare. Lovingly remembered by his sisters Annemarie and Tineke (Wim) and pre-deceased by his brother Jan. Also remembered by Flora (Bob), mother of his children. Visitation will be held at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Cobourg on Monday, January 28th from 1-2 pm., followed by a memorial service at 2 pm. I was so sorry to hear of Henk's passing. I worked at Head Office on Overlea Blvd at the reception desk.I remember Henk so well, loved his smile, loved his sense of humour, and his being such a fine man.My sincere condolences go out to his wife Carol and his family.I'm so sorry for your loss.

Dear Carol, I am so sorry to hear that Henk passed away. I was glad to read that it was peaceful but I know how much you will feel his absence after many years together.
