Suddenly as the result of an accident on Tuesday July 3rd, 2018 in his 58th year. Beloved husband of Lesley Mensen (Hoffman). Loving father of Alexa Mensen, Paige Mensen and Maxwell Mensen. Dear son of Frances Mensen and the late Henk. Lovingly remembered by his brothers and sisters, Theo, Garry, Henry, Lydia, Ria, Diane, Robert, Melinda and the late Elizabeth. John will be remembered by his aunts & uncles, many nieces & nephews.
