Birney, Della Blanche at the Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Wednesday, March 24, 2004. Della Blanche Birney (nee Pratt) was the beloved wife of the late Clifford James Birney. Dear mother of Melvin and his wife Sharon of Baltimore and William and his wife Beverley of R. R. # 6, Cobourg. Grandmother of Garth Birney (Sheri), Lisa Bronson (Mike), Michael Birney (Andrea) and Laurie Copeland (Chris). Great grandmother of Brandon, Tori, Deena and Lance. Sister of Eldon Pratt of Warkworth, also Mabel (Mrs. E. Giddings) predeceased. A funeral service will be held at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St. E., Cobourg on Saturday, March 27, 2004 at 3 p.m. Spring interment at Centreton Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 1 p.m. until time of service.
