Following a courageous and lengthy battle on Wednesday June 18, 2014 at Northumberland Hills Hospital at the age of 66. Beloved wife of Terry. Loving mother of Colline Bell (Eric Lins). Proud grandmother of Brian Bell-Rice and Hunter Lins. Remembered by her brothers Rennie Duck (Gwen), Michael Cozens (Linda) and her sister Carol Butler. A Celebration of Pat’s Life will take place at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home 30 King St. E., Cobourg on Wednesday June 25, 2014 at 11 am. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the various staff members at Princess Margaret Hospital, Toronto General Hospital, Northumberland Hills Hospital and Peterborough Regional Health Centre with a special thank you to Danielle House RN in the Dialysis Unit.
