Peacefully on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg, in his 84th year. Beloved husband of Rose Doreen. Loving father of Michael Penwarden (Pat), Bruce Penwarden (Nancy), Nancy Beckingham, Cheryl Hozjan (Steve), Gary Gogan (Susan), Arthur Gogan (Kristi), Jamie Gogan and Sonya McMurray (Tim). Cherished grandfather of Amy, Kristyn, Scott, Cody, Brittni, Heather, Sean, Michael, Jessica, Joshua, Rebekah, Ellah, Alex, Kolsten, Darcy and Stefanie. Dear brother of Marilyn and her husband the late Mack Doane. Uncle of Colin Doane. He will be sadly missed by his many friends in Burlington and Toronto. A memorial service will be held in the MacCoubrey Funeral Home Chapel, 30 King St, E., Cobourg on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 3:00 pm. with visiting from 2 – 3 pm.
