Prentice, Harold December 6, 1919 - January 3, 2004 Six Years Overseas 14th Field Battery Royal Canadian Artillery It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Harold Prentice on January 3rd, peacefully at home and with his family by his side. Harold was the beloved husband, for 58 years, of Beatrice Engall-Prentice. He was the much loved and devoted father of Francis and Lynn, Karen and Lloyd Linkie, and Joan and Bill Stover. Grandpa will be sadly missed by Carrie-Anne (John), Terry, Stacy (Chris), Lisa, Jeremy, Darcy and Shaelan and cherished great grandpa of Tyler and Ethan. Dear brother of Frances Geno (Norman) of Toronto, Jim Prentice of Cobourg, and the late William and late Edward Prenctice. A Memorial Service will be held at St. George's Anglican Church in Grafton on Wednesday, January 7th at 2pm. Interment at St. George's Cemetery in Grafton. Visitation to be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St. E. in Cobourg on Tuesday January 6th, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Comrades of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #133 will gather for a Legion Service on Tuesday evening for 7 pm.
