HAHN, Zita Margarete (nee Holme), passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the Golden Plough Lodge, Cobourg, on March 10th, 2012, in her 96th year. Daughter of the late Andreas and Marie Holme, she was the precious Mutti of Kurt Mayer (Barbara), Gerda Della Casa (Domenico) and Gerd Mayer (Haroldine). Loving grandmother of Douglas (Ingrid), Christopher, Stephen (Jennifer), Marisa (John), Julie (Jeff), Paul (Andrea), Grant, Leanne (Ross) and Steven (Cindy). Great-grandmother to Caroline, Catherine, Sophia, Grace, Maddix, Matthew, Rebecca, Sarah, Scott, Troy and Tyler. Friends and family will be received at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St. E., Cobourg from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, Tuesday, March 13th, 2012 with mass to follow at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Cobourg, at 12:00 noon. Burial at St. Michael’s Cemetery, Cobourg. We would like to thank all the staff at the Golden Plough for six years of wonderful care to our Mutti.
