BRISBIN, William George “Bill” – Peacefully on Friday, July 8, 2011 at Toronto General Hospital, in his 68th year. Bill was a fire fighter for 35 years and retired fire chief for 20 years with the Baltimore Fire Department. Beloved husband of Rosemary “Rusty”. Loving father of Michael (Laura Manning), Angie (Kevin Hogg) and Leeshelle (Chris Keuken). Dear grandfather of Kyle and Devin Hogg. Cherished brother of Lorna Brisbin, Madeline Gilbertson (Barrie), Shirlee Fredericks, Audrey Hogg (Earl) and Anna Segui (John) and brother-in-law of Maurice Pursey (Betty), Paul Segui (Joy) and Pat Bell. Predeceased by his sisters Dorothy and Helen and parents Cliff and Willa. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends. Friends are invited to visit at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St. E., Cobourg on Sunday, July 17 from 2 - 4 p.m. A memorial service will be held in the chapel on Monday, July 18 at 1 p.m. Interment to follow in Baltimore Cemetery. Donation to the Lung Association or the Trillium Gift of Life Network would be appreciated by the family.
