Simpson, Robert Douglas - Suddenly at the family cottage on Saturday, September 5th, 2009, Robert ?Bob? Simpson at 54 years of age. Beloved husband of the late Wendy Simpson (nee Lautenbach). Cherished father of Breann and Kaila (Dave). Loving son of Bruce and Jean Simpson. Dear brother of Russell Simpson (Jackie) and Deborah Hadwen (Doff). Son-in-law of Betty Lautenbach (the late Sidney). Brother-in-law of Sherry Ferguson (Merv Taylor), Fred Lautenbach (Anita), Gerri Callahan (Ed), and Sid Lautenbach (Sandra). Also missed by his uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins. A Funeral Service will be held at St. Peter's Church in Cobourg (Corner of College & King St. E.) on Thursday, September 10th, at 2 pm. Interment to follow at the Heritage Cemetery of St. Peter. Visitation to be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St. E. in Cobourg on Wednesday, September 9th, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.
