RATH, LES - Charles Leslie Rath passed away on January 13, 2008 surrounded by his family at the Northumberland Hills Hospital in his 79th year. Loving partner of Catherine Waskowec. Beloved father of Sandra (Glenn) McBride, Steven (Lynda) Rath, James (Debbie) Rath, Lorne (Anna) Rath, Kevin (Linda) Rath and the late Harold Rath. Dear step-father of Mark and Marie (Corey). Dear grandfather of John, Karen, Alicia, Meagan, Curtis, Trevor, Travis, Sarah, Steven, Jamie, Dallas, Kerri and David. Loving great-grandfather of 6 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Morris Rath, Winnie (Lawrence) Finnie and Leah Roberts. Besides his son, Les was predeceased by brothers Francis, Elroy and Louis and sisters Hazel and Susan. Friends will be received at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 11 King St. W., Colborne, on Thursday, January 17, 2008 from 6 - 9 p.m. A private family service will be held.
