Passed away peacefully at Northumberland Hills Hospital on Monday December 2, 2019 at the age of 99. Beloved wife of the late Leslie Brandon. Loving mother of Vera Jenkins (Allan). Proud grandmother of Jeffrey and Megan. Missed by her good friend Pauline Cyr. A service will be held at St. Paul’s Chapel at St. Peter’s Church 240 College Street, Cobourg on Tuesday December 10, 2019 at 10 a.m. Donations may be made to St. Peter’s Church or Cornerstone Family Centre. Mary was almost a one-woman cottage industry with all the knitted article she made and donated to the Knitting Ministry at St. Peter's where I was, until recently, one of the coordinators. She was always willing to knit to order and send her work to the church with her faithful courier, Pauline Cyr. She will be greatly missed. My thanks to her family for sharing this lovely lady with us.
