With courage, humour and his wife and family by his side at the Northumberland Hills Hospital on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at age 82. Beloved husband of Sheila Hadfield. Loving father of Linda Cundall, Brian Hadfield, Leslie Hadfield, Denise Dempster and Diane Steeves. Cherished grandfather of Mackoy Cundall, Andrew and Thomas Hadfield, Jessica and Bethany Hadfield, Melinda, Matthew, Daniel and Benjamin Dempster, Jason Hadfield and great grandfather of Katie and Nicholas. Dear brother of Jean Davison, Sheila Fearn, Janice Noble, Rosemary Scanlon, Ian Hadfield and the late Gerry Hadfield, Kenny Hadfield and Derrick Hadfield. Lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Friends and family will be received at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St. E., Cobourg on Saturday, April 20th from 1 pm until the time of the funeral service to be held at 2 pm.
