It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Eric Stuckless at Northumberland Hills Hospital surrounded by the love of his family at his side.
Beloved partner of Diane Davey (Barlow) for 32 wonderful years. Loving and cherished Dad of Bradley (Samantha), Deanna (Evan) Taylor and stepdad of Debra (Paul) Davey. Loving Poppa of Jacob (Brittany) Stuckless and Samantha (Marcus) Davey. He will be remembered by his siblings Ruby Ellis, Vivian Rideout, June Stanford, Helen Thomas, Pearl Locke, Willie Stuckless, Bob Stuckless and Sherry Wharton and predeceased by Vera Gill, Gil Stuckless, Lucy (Doll) Snow, Ray Stuckless, Sue Sharman.
Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews, the Barlow family, Connie Stuckless the mother of his children and his hunting and fishing buddies over the years.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 580, Grafton on Saturday March 9th from 1:30pm - 4:00pm with a service being held at 2:00pm.
Interment at Vernonville Cemetery on April 27 at 1 p.m.

Losing someone we love leaves an emptiness in our life that just doesn’t go away even after the hurt starts to ease. I have such fond memories of Eric from our family gatherings years ago and the few hunting and fishing trips we did together. It was impossible to be in his company and not laugh. Just the thought of him brings a smile to my face even now. You’re in our thoughts and prayers with love.

We had the pleasure of meeting Diane & Eric about 15 years ago at Bass Cove campground. I believe it was their beloved Nikki that brought us together. We became instant friends with this beautiful couple. We are so saddened about Eric's passing. But we carry so many fabulous memories. Ronnie will miss his little "whiskey buddy" & "fighting buddy" with the "chinese fighting sticks". Our hearts are truly broken.
